Require users to enter album name?

One of the newer users created a personal album and uploaded several pics within it. The pics uploaded fine, but the links to the pics were broken. I had to turn off seo urls in order for the links to work.

The problem was that the user didn't input a description on the album he created. I was able to re-enable seo urls after naming the respective album for him.

Is there a way to require users to enter an album name?

Not without some type of code modification.

It wouldn't be difficult to add something, but don't want to add it every time I upgrade.
