Sort order in past 1, 7, 14 days...

I'm sorry if this has been addressed already but after searching all morning, I haven't figured it out ...

My photos on my index page are sort newest to oldest, but when you click on any of the links below for "recent photos 1 day 7 days 14 days," the result is a page ordered oldest first. I want ALL pages ordered newest first. I have the "display featured photos" category on "Show Photo Options" turned ON at the moment with no effect. I haven't been able to find anywhere else to adjust this setting... could you point me in the right direction?

On a similar subject, I would like to adjust the appearance of the photo titles on those same pages. Specifically, override the style set by my vBulletin/vBadv settings as it just doesn't look good. Where should I look? The titles, etc. on the main index page are fine.

TIA for your help...

well for suggestions on your style I would need to see your specific site to suggest anything

As far as I see in our default code I think the search script orders results by date DESC

Thanks Chuck... So is there somewhere I may have inadvertently switched it off default?

As for style, you can take a look here:
Message - Layout Gallery

I don't like the ugly blue boxes under each photo, which is inherited from the rest of the site style.

Suggestions?

Those ugly blue boxes are the vb style subforumdescription I beleive you can edit your showgallery template accordingly.

I beleive I touched briefly on this

any changes to how you want the search feature to work would be considered code modification and you would need to alter the queries and ORDER BY statements on the queries in that search.php according to your tastes.

I'll give that a look, but didn't you say the default was supposed to be descending? That means newest to oldest, right? Why would mine have changed... I haven't changed any code that I'm aware of.

I've tried to figure this one out without any luck. Can you tell me more specifically how I could change this? I would like to make the font smaller and possibly even remove the blue background entirely. I don't know how to change this without changing the style site-wide because of the integration. Nothing I've tried on the showgallery template has had any effect that I can see...

Search - Layout Gallery

search-r.tmpl file under admin edit templates line 52

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.
Remove the class subforumdescription from that line.

This is in my Photopost template files, right? There is no such line in my search-r.tmpl file. This is what I have on line 52:

<span class="{$Style['small']}">{$Globals['pp_lang']['user']}:</span>

I'm using vb3 - do I need to look in vb4 for some reason? And the line I gave is the one I get through my PP admin panel.

Okay that looked like vb4 to me LOL

Try looking for a similar line that displays the title variable but the class would be tcat remove that class.
