Can Admins upload to Pending Approval?

I'm trying to figure out how to upload contest winners photos without the users actually seeing them until I complete all the html coding in the voting area and in the forum post announcement thread similar to here
2010 January Wk#1 POTW Winners - BytePhoto.com

And on the front page
BytePhoto.com Home

Sometimes it takes me an hour or more to go through the process of setting up the contest etc or I have to walk away from the computer for a couple hours before I come back to finish my process. I the mean time, users start to see pictures showing who won before it was actually announced.

I can't find an option in my upload screen that allows me to place them in pending ?

Moderation is a global usergroup option you can not be pending approval unless you set administrators to moderate there photos under edit usergroups

thanks Chuck, that's a thought worth trying. Maybe I can set just one of my admin accounts that way. But then I might have to set my account to something other than admin since Steve is set to admin too. Maybe one of the moderator accounts since we don't user them right now. Thanks for giving me ideas.
The other option i just thought about was immediately after uploading, I could set the photo to hide. Assuming as long as I did it quick enough, it wouldn't be seen.
Thinking I like your suggestion better.
