Transferring domains

I would like to change the license to another domain i own including moving the accounts and images along with it - what is the best way to do this

it is integrated with vb and will be upgraded to mesh with the latest versions of VB and PP

ideally i'd like todo a fresh install of VB and PP export import the accounts and data is this possible?
