retrieving users recent deleted pics with comments

We have a user who just deleted a few of his pictures that he said the side banner ads were bleeding into. Instead of letting us know this was happening, he just deleted the photos it was happening to and now is a little upset because he says they were his best photos with a long list of some really nice comments
Since he just deleted them sometime today, is there a way that we can retrieve them for him along with all the comments?
Wasn't sure if what the users delete are soft deletes that we can access someplace.

No if you allow a user to delete then they are deleted. Not unless you have both sql backups of your database as well as file backups of your physical server files could you possibly restore anything.

thanks, I figured as much, just thought there might have been a way that I wouldn't have known. Guess this will be a lesson for the user not to hit the delete so fast lol.
