how to create an album?

We are trying to set up a special user group that can create their own category albums
I found in Photopost admin area what seems to be the settings where I say how much space and create albums yes but once I have done that, I cant see within My Gallery where I can actually create one.

If a user belongs to a usergroup that can create albums and you have set permissions etc there should be a link on the menubar that says MY ALBUMS.

Its not there, only "My Photos"

Right now I am in PhotoPost UserGroup Editor and to the right of the User Group I wanted to change access I have set the following:
Allow albums? Assign Albums to Cats? both set to Yes

Last night I saw an option within PP that said allow users to create albums.
But I understood it as every user to be able to create albums no matter what user group they were in. Now I'm wondering if I need to set this to yes and only user groups I specify will be able to create albums. Is this true?
I'm trying to find that option again and can't seem to locate it

Is there something I am missing? To set someone to a user group, isnt that part done withing VBulletin admin area? Still trying to understand a bit of that since we can set a user to a Primary Usergroup and also Additional Usergroups.
We set everyone to Registered user group and only checked the boxes under addition user groups for those that should see albums.

Maybe someone needs to have the primary group set to our Premium membership to have it allow them to create albums?

Well there is your problem. You must set the master admin allow personal albums switch. You then further define which groups can or can not do albums but the master switch has to be on.

thanks Chuck, My albums finally showed up
I saw a section that said Manage Albums and when I clicked it saw PhotoPost Personal Album Editor, but no albums were listed. Now that I created one of my own albums, I saw it show up in the admin Manage Album area.
So guess that means I will be seeing all the user group albums when they are created.
So much to learn with both PP and VB

Manage albums in the admin is where you can see everything sure.

My Albums on the photopost menubar is where users actually create and manage there own albums.

I have another question about the albums I just created. when I click on the My Albums link it only shows the titles of the albums and not a thumbnail picture of a chosen photo to index.
Is there a way I can change that?
I checked the link here on PP and from what I thought I understood, galleries shows up as thumbnails.
Why PhotoPost vBGallery Photo Gallery for vBulletin Forum Sites?

The previous owner of Bytephoto had a separate website called Bytegallery where users had their own galleries and were able to create albums. The setup of those galleries and albums is what I was expecting to see when I set certain users to create albums on our bytephoto site. I know he used PP on his gallery site too since I used to have a paid account there. He didn't have VB integration on the gallery website, just the bytephoto website.
Could that be the difference of why the albums dont show up as thumbnails directly in the user galleries?

If you upload a photo to an album it should have a thumbnail. You can also under my albums tag a photo for your album

Thanks, I checked under My Albums, then went to one of my sub albums, clicked edit and there is no option to tag a photo.
I only see (Thumbnail for Album None) with no way to change the none

Ok, I finally found it. I had to go to the picture in the sub album that I want to make the "album cover" then choose Edit photo for the pull down menu on the top right and click "Make album cover"
