No popup images

I want to have popup's open but either I did not find the proper settings (tried really hard) or it's not working.
Here are my settings:

Content visible to verified customers only.

And here my gallery.
Another thing, I think the view count isn't working, does ist only count if a registered member is clicking it? Thanks for support.

Have you applied a medium size theshold to create a medium size thats what you have missed
