Photo upload dates missing

After my husband installed version 7 today I noticed all our photos no longer show the date uploaded.

I need to know the upload dates so I can determine which photos to move out of the current contest each week and move into the archives of the previous week.
It always showed up before. I checked Show Photo Options and I have display date as Yes.
Shouldn't that be where I would set it to show?
Thanks

We dont officially have the site open for anyone but my husband and I.
The second we do we have our users who are chomping at the bit to see the new site up and running start posting pictures lol.
No matter how many emails I send out to say please do not post pictures or login until we give the ok.

Here is a link, not sure if you can see the content, let me know.
Also noticed I no longer see the dates of when people left comments, just the time.
Last comments on the website were back on Oct 31st this year.
This particular picture below I posted around Oct-Nov 2008 before we bought the site.
Also noticed the picture looks pretty soft in comparison to what it looked like when it was posted in 2008. Did the algorithms change for displaying pictures?

My husband did some searching and finally found where to add the date format. It was left blank which was why when I selected show date yes nothing displayed.
Think we got that part figured out.
thanks again
