Question How to link to posted photos under actual photo?

I'm new to all this so needed some help.
We just purchased a website last month from an owner that has run it since 2003. We now upgraded to the latest of PP, VB, VP etc.
Since I have been a user of that website since 2003, there was always a link under each photo that allowed the user to click the icon that would then highlight the path location of the photo so they could post a link in any other forums both on our site and other forums.
I've also been using this option since March when I was given admin rights to run the weekly photo contests. I would copy the links of those photo finalists and use it in the code to create the poll.

Since all the upgrades we installed from the 2003 version of PP, I no longer see this think.
I tried looking around where I can enable it and could not locate it.

Any ideas as to how I can accomplish this?

I don't have screen shots of how it used to be since the old version of PP software is not running.
Thanks

thanks, that was it
Does it just automatically have 3 links? thumb, med, and large?

I would never touch options in the admin menu that I did not know what they did when I didn't officially own the website yet. Now I'm searching around for every option PP has. I can see so many nice updates since the 2003 version
I'm sure I'll have lots of questions as time progresses
