moving category got error

hi chuck,

i want move a picture category got this error :

/var/www/vhosts/indofotografer.com/httpdocs/gallery/data/500/thumbs/Ranupane.jpg -> /var/www/vhosts/indofotografer.com/httpdocs/gallery/data/507/thumbs/Ranupane.jpg
Copy of the file failed. Operation cancelled.

can help ? what is wrong ?

Please ensure via ftp that your entire data directory at every level is 777 permissions as our install guide suggests.
