can't login anymore I had everything working great with Photopost. It is integrated with SMF. I then used JFusion to integrate my Joomla with SMF. I'm not sure what I would have done, but now I can't login to my Photopost. In my database there is a table called pp_users. It only has 3 users in it. My gallery says there are 4287 users which is what my forum has. Out of those 3 users in my pp database, one is my admin username, but it won't let me log in with that. I took one of the other users of those 3 and made it an admin in the forum. I CAN log into my photopost with that one. But it makes me think that my users won't be able to log into the gallery. I don't know what to do. My cookie settings are all correct with the .scrapbookdimensions.com and the / and the cookie name. Is there a problem with pointing to the smf database? I'm using dual login with the jFusion. However, I disabled the jFusion plugins and still can't login to photopost (except for that one). My gallery is at http://scrapbookdimensions.com/main/...pper&Itemid=81 Help!!!! Thanks in advance! |
well I really dont know what to tell you because I dont know what you changed in SMF to do jfusion Our application works explicitly by authenticating the user against the SMF database and as you know that works fine. Thus the real question would be what could you have possibly changed in SMF? |
Thank you for your quick response. The only thing I really did is set SMF to disable registration. Would that do it? Also, is my pp_users table supposed to hold all my smf members in it? I'm wondering why there are only 3 users. Any ideas? Yikes, this is driving me crazy. Thanks for your help. |
Well are the users having trouble logging in ones registered in joomla since you did your think. Remember if your integration is switching SMF to use the joomla users and not use SMF then that will break your SMF photopost integration because it is written to authenticate users that exist in SMF not somewhere else. So really without knowing what exactly this jfusion integration bridge from joomla to smf does I really cant accurately answer. |
