can i edit the text of this error message? unrecoverable error

i've tried to find this phrase to be able to edit it (just a little) but haven't found it anywhere in gallery/languages/english.php or in the gallery admin. is there a way to edit it? where?

this error happened while trying to upload a photo. doesn't happen often and i'm NOT concerned with the reason, just wanting to edit the error message text a little. we like to personalize our errors a little more.

"We're sorry, but the system experienced an unrecoverable error. Please try again later."
