Members Gallery

Is there a way for me to not offer a Members Gallery? So when a registered user uploads a picture it will not give the option to put the picture in just the members gallery, instead the only option would be to pick a category that fits the picture.

have you tried removing upload permissions to the members gallery under edit categories?
