Can I limit the amount of photos uploaded per cat?

I see Photopost support photo contents, we now want to run one, and I need to create a sub gallery per contest, and also want to be able to limit the number of entries each member may submit per gallery, how do I do this?

well you can create any number of categories you wish and set them up to do contests but there is no way in the program to limit the number of entries one can post.
