Blocking Anonymous Comments

I am having the same problems as others are with anonymous comments spamming my site. I have a standalone photopost and everyone is blocked from commenting except for registered users.

Here is a link to a photo that i logged out from my site and was stil able to post a comment. Please give it a try and let me know of any reccomendations.

guests can only comment if you are giving them comment permissions in the edit usergroups permissions.

i apologize ... that was done and i was still able to post a comment there.

Your permissons can not be set correctly under edit usergroups.

For example the third listed usergroup should be Unregistered and you have to have comments and upload set to yes there from what I see.

For a standalone photopost the groups listed in the edit usergroups should be in this order

1. Banned
2. Coppa
3. Unregistered
4. Registered
5. Administrators

FIXED .... my third usergroup wasnt unregistered ... it was a different name ... changed it back and all is working fine now ... thank you
