Unapproved photos showing in RSS Feeds

I've seen this asked in other threads, but haven't been able to find an answer. How can I get unapproved photos to no longer show in RSS feeds? I have a feed to one of the folders and even though the unapproved photos don't show in that folder, they DO show in the RSS feed
