2 Galleries share users
Is there any way to use 2 galleries but with photo uploads and albums and stuff and share the same user between both?
They are going to be integrated with vBulletin.

Well simply make sure you have two licenses and install each copy to integrate with your vbulletin but use different table prefixes.
