Mature content filter - default setting

Is there anyway to change the default to YES, instead of no?

ie when a new user registers they can see mature pics until they change the setting to yes, block mature content. Would be much more politically correct to default to block by default.

Well you would edit the register template and change the selected="selected" html under the no and move it to under the yes option
