How to add disclaimer at Upload Photo page?

What is the easiest way to add a paragraph or two on the Upload Photo page as a disclaimer, copyright warning, and instructions to the users who are about to upload a photo?

You would edit the uploadphoto template and add the html necessary to display some box there with the disclaimer you wish.

Under the index section of edit settings there is an option to enable the announcement box. This would be a nice place to add a disclaimer but it seems to be very limited in the amount of characters it will accept.

Yes it is limited to 255 characters and only displays on the index page

With this SQL edit, you will be able to add HTML and everything. This should probably be a PP default Chuck.
