My user reported the following permission related problem. Could you please help me on how to troubleshoot and fix this problem?
---------------
"I've just uploaded a picture to the members gallery "Creative Zone" (which I have not been able to do since last week) but when I try to edit it (eg type txt into description field) it returns this error:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /album/editphoto.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

On Friday I wanted to upload a couple of pictures to the Monthly Competition. The first one uploaded fine. I then tried to upload a second picture but couldn't, just got the forbidden error.
I then tried uploading to my gallery albums and to a member gallery unsuccessfully but I was able to move pictures from the vehicle gallery to my own albums. I logged on / logged off, tried several sessions of Firefox and then IE7, cleared history and tmp files, login logoff etc but each time I tried to upload a new picture I was returned a permissions error like above, so I gave up and PM'd you.
During the weekend I tried again and uploaded a single image to my gallery (this worked?) and moved it to the Vehicle gallery (this worked) but then I tried a second picture and got a permissions error.
The picture I just uploaded was to the Creative Zone (I have not been able to do this til today?) but now that it is uploaded I am unable to edit comments on there as detailed with the error above. I just edited a picture I have in the vehicle gallery and have moved a picture from the challenge archive into one of my albums which works fine?
Hope this makes sense as there appear to be some very strange permission based issues mostly with the Creative Zone gallery for me at the moment. What also strikes me as odd is that the problem is not consistent, which makes troubleshooting so much more difficult."

Thanks a lot!
