Copy a photo...

Again I have a question, every week we have a Discussion photo, this is a photo from the database, but to keep the original photo clean we make a threat in our forum, so copying the photo link (where the jpg resides on the server, not the actual page in the galery), this is als done by hand, it takes me everytime a couple of minutes, not much would you say, but if I'm on vacation nobody can do this, so my question: can we make a copy of the original photo in its original galery and place it in a discussion gallery, so we have two pictures, one clean, one for the discussion?

If you have enabled the allow multiple categories in admin upload options you can edit a photo and copy it to another category say discussion gallery and people can comment there and everything is separate from the original.
