How do I clear the queue?

we have a member with issues uploading photos, says he needs us to clear the queue...

how do we do this?

You can ftp to your gallery directory on your server and under the UPLOADS directory delete the numeric directories.

all of them or all of them except for uploads/5 ?

You can do either if the user is userid 5 but clearing them all may assist any other users whom may not have contacted you.
