How do I give my Operations Manager access to post here?

My Operations Manager needs his account validated so he can post here, how do we do this?

There is no way to give anyone but the license holder verified access here. So if you would want him to be verified here then you could not.

Sorry I am not. Only a verified customer has access to product support which would be you. We match the forum email against our license database to see who is verified and has access.

this is one of the many reasons your traffic/business is dwindling...
your customer service is the worst in the industry, always has been...
you should have something in place like every other software developer has, to include other technicians within the company to retrieve support...

Feel free to contact the customer service through the contact us link and tell them about that Rob. This has nothing I can do as I do not make the policies. I am simply telling you this is how the system works. Verified forum access is given to the actual customer.
