Special Characters AGAIN

This is so frustrating! We fixed it in comments, but now it's showing up in the description. They are NOT entering in html, they are simply putting in quotation marks and it is displaying them as html. This code is already changed in showphoto.php:

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.
What else can we do to get rid of this?

Thanks

Yes, we do, that's what fixed the comments problem...and your recent suggestion fixed this one, too. Thanks!
