| Black thumbnails
Hi,
I am having a problem that when uploading a photo to the gallery it appears fine in the gallery but appears just as a black thumbnail on the featured photos on my homepage.
I have checked the CHMOD settings on the data folder as per another thread and they are all 0777.
Any advice?

In your admin edit integration settings try placing a trailing slash / on your data url.

That was a very quick reply  thanks.
Tried, I have a trailing slash on URL to PhotoPost data directory & Full SERVER PATH to PhotoPost data directory and still same problem.

This option is under the Photopost Pro Admin => Edit Integration not the Global Options.

Chuck, sorry to dig up an old post but we are having the same issue with black thumbnails on the Featured Members Photos on our forum home page. I check the edit integration settings under PP admin and there was a trailing slash on the data URL already. I added a trailing slash to "URL to PhotoPost" as well as "URL to your forums" because they were missing but that did not seem to help. I also regenerated all thumbnails using PP admin and to no avail. Any other options that you can offer to help us sort this out? TIA

You have entered under Admin => Edit Integration where we ask for the url to your data directory with a trailing slash a server path not a url that is your issue.
