Question Translation in sortby option

Nowhere I could find something about this, does anyone know how to translate (en -> de) following:

You would need to edit the actual names listed in the sortby table in the database for photopost as thats where those are located.

Puh, after changing the name out of the name-column nothing happens. What I cannot see is the connection between the values of membhead.tmpl and the sort-table in the database.

If you change names in the database they surely will show as the new names.

Okay its changed but nevertheless the english version is shown up. Additionally I've installed Opera but nothing else. I don't think it uses the same cache. At the moment I'm not able to close all browser windows to start new, if the reason could be cache aspects.

Would be an 'Umlaut' (instead Most Active = Häufig) in the relevant table of sql database be a problem? Collation is latin1_swedish_ci.

Well this all depends did you also do the sortmemb database table as well if your viewing the sort box from the members gallery as thats separate?
