Forum Image Block Integration Error

At the top of the forum I get these two warnings and can't figure out why?

Make sure in that plugin you place the proper path to inc-features.php so it can be found. The path you have is incorrect.

Ok, now that I've fixed that I get a mySQL access denied error?

In the instructions part read the part in bold that will assist you. You need to edit that file and uncomment the link and mysql_select_db lines and place the proper mysql information in there.
