scanning and rebuilding thumbs and medium images

I can get it to work on my smaller groups of photo's but when I try to my larger member galleries it just times out. I have upped all of the PHP time out settings but it doesn't seem to make a difference
Any suggestions?

It usually dies right in the middle like this:

Checking photo #18194: done.
Checking photo #18195: done.
Checking photo #18196: done.<b

Or Checking photo #18322: done.
Checking photo #183223: done.
Check

Can you post a link to your php info so I might see what settings you are using?

I would suggest memory limit say 60M and max execution time to 0

Hi Chuck,
Here's the link:
phpinfo()

I have been playing with all the parameters and I noticed that it always times out right around the 5 minute mark if that's any help

Only thing I would suggest is that you add memory limit to your PHP ini file. You have no memory limit set so your PHP is using the default 8mb. I would suspect your php is failing from memory being used up.

Chuck,
I got this to work, I noticed it was always dying on the "check" phase so I just went ahead and rebuilt them all. It took a few hours but I think the constant page flipping kept it alive
Thanks

Okay but as I stated your PHP settings specify no memory limit so its stuck at 8mb. Your php was dieing on lack of memory so your page flipping reactivated the script.
