Character encoding error (validator w3)
I tried to validate my photopost today and got this error:

Could someone please give me a hint to solve this?

That error is not coming from PhotoPost its your vbulletin header. Nothing on your site validates

It is probally an issue with your vietnamese language unicode characters it appears to me.

I think so. It is a problem with vietnamese language unicode. It works fine with the main forum though. I have tried several suggestions in here but none worked.
