User has lost his avatar

Sorry for so many support questions lately, Chuck!

A valued user has noticed that his avatar icon has gone missing. See:

Blossom - Four Thirds User photo gallery

It's in his vBulletin profile.

I have tried re-scanning the db to rebuild thumbnails and icons, but it hasn't fixed the problem.

Can you suggest a solution?

some more info here. Is it just this user? Other avatars show?

I dont see any reminants of an avatar anywhere for him on photopost. what version Photopost are you using?

We're on 6.0 on that site.

Other users' avatars seem to be appearing normally. He is the only one who has flagged a problem.

We have just upgraded to the latest version of vBulletin. I don't know if that might have any bearing. But his avatar is showing fine on forum posts and in the member list and his vB public profile.

He is registered on our other sites and his avatar shows normally there.

I cant say what has changed between 6.0 and 6.21 as I dont have that great of a memory with several year old copies.

Now the block I posted above should be valid in 6.0 I would beleive in the vb3.php file try replacing what I posted with what is in your file.

Solved this one - I think he deleted his avatar from vB. I simply restored it and now it's working on PP again.

Not a problem always need to look at the common denominator. Your site showed avatars which is why I asked for more clarification.
