Add link page in the menu?

How do I add a new link to the menu?
I've been asked to swap links with some sites, this will drive more traffic to the gallery and also rise the ranks in search engines.
I'd like to add a link in the main menu, something like "friends" and then have a blank page with the standard gallery header and style sheet where I can place the banners of those sites.. Thanks!!

well adding a link depends on where you want to add one. You can place links in a header etc etc

This thread might discuss making additional pages that would use photopost to wrap around it.

You would edit your menubar template and add a link to the right of the variable $menu
