Turn Off "Moderate"?

How do I turn off moderation? I don't want to moderate all new pictures.

You turn off moderation in Admin => Edit Usergroups set moderation to no for the groups you wish.

I can't even find the Admin link.

when signed in as admin it is on the menubar upper right first link on menubar next to home

I don't see it, I have searched on how to change admin permissions, but can't find anything that helps me.
