You can upload them to your site under your uploads directory or another one you create. Then on upload page say you uploaded them to your uploads directory usually uploads/1 then you simply check the box that says skip upload prompt to upload files already in your uploads directory and hit submit.

1. Uploads them to your uploads/1 directory under photopost directory via ftp client. If your the main user your userid 1.

2. Go to upload page choose the category you wish to upload to.

3. Hit the option that says this and hit submit.

Skip upload and process the files already in your upload directory
