Question Images in your queue

Hi Chuck,

I have a little problem.

In my site the maximum file size for upload is 1024x1024 px.

If the photo are bigger than the maximum file size the system sends a warning
but, store the file in the queue.

The problem is:The user can't send more files until erase the file in the queue.

It's possible change that?

Thanks,

Fernando

what do you mean warning what is the warning?

Bigger files dimensions are resized. it is filesize of the file that stops an upload.

This warning.Your graphic is too wide! Please upload a smaller one.

I don't have this option Bigger files dimensions are resized enabled.Because don't stop de upload and don't show the warning.Just store the file in the queue.

Now,show the warning but don't stop the upload.They go to the files in queue.

I tried upload one file whit this dimensions 2509x1422 and 292 kbs I receive the warning but the photo are in the queue.To upload more photos first I need delete this one in the server whit ftp program.

If you can I can send a link for you tried this.

I think you would want to resize images down because you want thumbnails right.

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.
On the line in image-inc.php you could try changing $realname to $filepath on the unlink line.

I just want,

For example if the file are more than 1024x1024 stop the upload and don't store in the queue.

If I make this changes:

@unlink($realname);
diewell( $Globals['pp_lang']['toowide'] );

works?

You can try changing realname to filepath sure. I do not understand why you dont want the image processor to resize an image down to the dimension maxes you want. That would be the preferred method if you ask me.

First I have the processor enabled,but I have the same problem and don't show any warning.

I go enabled the processor again to test.

Ok, I make same a test

Whit the processor enabled.

If send a file with 2509x1422 works resized the file.

If send a file whit 3500x1984 show a blank screen and store the file in the queue if I tried upload the file in the queue show just a blank screen.

fotogenicos.net - Login but,just show a blank screen
