I can not see exif on your site you would need to post a user login

Yes it does have exif

I would suspect that if you rebuild the exif that it would be updated.

I have re-scanned dozens of times and that image has not shown exif.

I will close this off now as it's unlikely to be resolved and it's not critical - more frustrating. But thanks for your efforts on this one.

The ultimate test might be to do what I did which was empty the exif table and do a rescan but of course you might want to have a backup of that table entries incase there is something wrong with the permissions or processor on your site.
