How to add a question to the upload options

I am brand new to this (still) and would like my users to answer a question about critique to their images when they upload.
The question would be like this: Would you like critique? And then Yes/No in a drop-down menu.

Is this possible?

From just a regular user like you I would think you could do this like..
Open Control panel and find
Edit Categories
Choose the category you like to enable this on
Click edit
Browse down to, Additional Fields
Find the Add a new field type:
Write a name for this as you would like it to apeare on your site. (Would you like Critique?)
Choose Dropdown
and write in your options like shown

Add a new field type:
Yes||No||only if it's good

You might have to do this by hand to all categories.

From the control panel...
If you would like to add a new additional field, enter the text which will be used to present the options, select the type of input you want to use and then enter the default text or a list of options. Options are entered using a double-pipe || as a field seperator; to enter three options, you would enter: field1||field2||field3 as your Options field.

Then this might not be what you where looking for?

yes you can use an additional extra field but if your only asking a question use the main extra fields under edit categories for each category.
