Watermark problems

I searched before posting, but couldnt find a anwser.

I runing latest photoshop on vb3.8.0 with Imagemagik

I created 2 sets watermark just in case one .PNG and other .GIF
I enable the perm watermark and gave it a try with both images paths, set on_the_fly to NO, gave the right permissions on usergroups (categories) and it doesnt work, and it throws me an error on IE:
Object expected

If I turn perm watermark OFF and set on_the_fly it gives me red x's
What am I doing wrong here?

Imagemagick you need to use a gif you only use a png with GD2 and on the fly only works with GD2

If you look things over and can not see any wrong server paths etc you can contact us with admin login and url to the contact link in our header.

well I guess the heart of the issue would be is where is it getting this watermark path

Once I saw you set an incorrect path to the watermark in the category setup I uploaded an image and it was watermarked.

Not a problem as stated once we see the true real error things are a snap to fix
