Access to New Help System

"New Help system. Popup windows with help topics. Topics will be in HTML format in a help directory and editable by the administrator."

How do I activate access to this help system?

If you are placing a comment uploading a photo smilies bbcode etc you will see little links for help on the respective pages you click them and a popup help thing displays.

Chuck - thanks for the reply. I was hoping there were some FAQs or similar to help new users with the Gallery. I'll create some and build them into the vB FAQ system.
