| How do I delete galleries from VB members who have been deleted?
When I view member galleries in alphabetical order, in public, not in admin panel, there are about 50 galleries with no names on them that show, before getting to the galleries that start with numbers, then a, b, c, etc... this looks terrible and is extremely confusing to the members and staff alike...
I assume these are leftover galleries from members who were deleted from the vb system...
How do I access these half dead, worthless, inaccessible galleries to delete them?
there is no link to click on to get to them.
thank you.

Well in general since the user was deleted in vb directly without first cleaning up the photopost side there is no direct way to delete them in bulk like it is when they still exist. You would need to delete photos one at a time.

are you serious?
wow, that is crazy and extremely unorganized.
okay, how do i access each photo?
there are no link to the photos.
i just tried to upload to your gallery, but it won't allow me to, doesn't even give me a box to browse for photos on my hard drive to upload, what gives?
here is the photo uploaded to another photo gallery, Code: Content visible to verified customers only.
very disappointing to have to upload a photo to another gallery other than the one who makes the galleries to begin with.

Not really sure what you mean by uploading to my gallery?
I am serious if you delete the user you can not bulk delete. You can still access the photos try using the regular members gallery not the members link gallery to get to the photos.

Chuck,
The member profiles have been completely deleted.
How do I access the orphaned photos that belonged to them, so i can delete them?
Thank you.

In Admin => Show Gallery Options => Do you want to show the Members Gallery in List format?
Set this to NO. You can then click the photo when viewing the members gallery of the orphaned gallery and delete photos just like deleting any photo with the admin move delete link.

i did as you suggested, however there are no thumbnails to click on, only text links...
there are no text links at all on the orphaned ones...
see my screen shot here, the ones circled in red are orphaned galleries. Code: Content visible to verified customers only.

Okay Rob I wonder on the members list the way you had it why did you not have photos on the right?
I would need to see a link the way it was to comment further.

i don't understand what you are asking me.
can you give me more detailed information?
the first screen shot is of the members gallery main page, in list format, sort by "alphabetical order".
the second screen shot is of the members gallery main page, not in list format, sort by "most active".
what else is there to tell you?

| Members Galleries - ReefTalk Gallery
The members list shows a photo thumbnail which you click to get to the gallery of photos. Where are your clickable thumbnails in your pic they are all missing? The action is the same to delete a photo you need to view it so all your doing is going through your site and viewing photos and deleting them as you find them.

Personal Albums Index - has thumbs but shows no Orphaned Galleries
Member Galleries in List Format - has no thumbs and shows all Orphaned Galleries
Member Galleries NOT List Format - has no thumbs and shows all Orphaned Galleries
i have not made any adjustments to the layout whatsoever.
please advise.

Interesting as Members Galleries should show a thumbnail. We would actually need to see a link to this gallery to comment further I know you have several galleries.
