Rating pictures

I think I'm getting crazy. How do I enable The "quick rate" feature? I tried everyting but nothing will show. I want to give my visitors the occasion to vote on a picture, but there's somthing I do wrong. Would you please so kind to give me some hints?

Have you allowed the that usergroup permission to rate pictures? Also, you may want to consider resizing your logo. It really blows my browser page out.

You must in admin options allow ratings and in edit usergroups set the proper groups to be able to vote.
