Spam prevention

Is there any way to add some type of CAPTCHA or other form of spam prevention on comments? I have my PP integrated with vB and a few spam prevention measures in place, but I still have real people that join and spam my PP comments.

There is captcha on guest comments in Photopost if you turn on captcha in photopost.

I am using vB integration, so that does not help.
