How to add a link and text in the heading of featured photos

I wanted to know what I need to edit in order to have this

Content visible to verified customers only.

with an hyperlink to the upload section of the gallery in the heading of the featured photo block instead of just this

You would have to edit the language file english.php in the languages subdirectory and change that string to what you wish.

Can I add the hyperlink in it as well?

Yes just make sure if you use " you escape them like so in the hyperlink \"

I looked in the english.php file and I can't find the phrase "Featured Photo".

well are you talking about in our program or an external photo block in the forum? If the forum try editing inc_features.php
