Sidebar Item Positioning

how would i re position the items in the sidebsr, id like to have my ramdom images to be at the top then the stats at the botom, also how would i go to add a login area to the top of sidebar?

its ok ive found the template and sorted it out. would be good if i could get some small code to create a login for one of the pal menus. thenk you
