Clear the recent photos display

The horizontal bar that displays recent photos still displays images that were deleted. How do I just completely wipe a photo from the site, so it doesn't appear anywhere, without causing a problem with photopost pro?

I would think you have your browser caching pages. when a photo is deleted it is deleted.

what browser you using as you may need to go to your browser tools and make sure you click to load a page new each time.
