Welcome and Registration text

On Photopost 6.2 :

1) How do I amend the 'welcome to.....site name' text on the home page?

2) How do I make the 'member registration text' (for new users registering with the site) aligned to the left (its currently centred)?

1. The site name is in the global options the first thing is the site name. The welcome to phrase would be in the language file located in the languages folder say english.php

2. The registration message is aligned="center" I beleive in the reg_agree.tmpl template editing from the edit templates link in admin.
