admin doesn't log out and users albums can't be viewed.

This is a bit strange.

Even when logged in as another user, admin shows up in the menu and when clicked can be accessed. I have set registered user permissions to admin access "No".

Also, when logged in as a registered user, I can upload photos fine. Then it shows the number of photos on the index page under Member galleries, but when I click the link to Member Galleries there are no user photos in there. Again, in admin for registered users permissions are set to "Yes" for allow uploads.

You would have to send a url and login for us to see. For a user to have an admin link you would need to be giving them admin access thats an absolute in the code.
