How to edit the index page?

Hi,

I'd like to edit the index page so to move recent photos to show at the top, Categories next and the search bar at the bottom. Which template should I do this in?

The recent photos already show at the top if you set it this way in layout options in admin

Main Index - ReefTalk Gallery

As far as moving the order of the index head and the categories template you can only do that by reordering the template includes directly in index.php
