Are you using permanent or on the fly watermarking?

If your using permanent watermarking you need to set permissions under admin edit categories for which usergroups images get watermarked for things to be watermarked.

my apologies. The watermark is too light to be seen, this was the problem.

Thanks chuck for your time.

As long as the path is correct you should not have any problems then. GD2 requires the watermark be a png and you need the full server path to it. look under phpinfo in admin to verify your path is correct.

Post a url to your watermark gallery and regular test login here

I am not seeing any watermarked images.

You sure your not using on the fly watermarking? That would explain why there is no watermark when using lightbox.
