VB avatars not showing?

Hi Chuck,

I have searched all over for the answer to this but can't seem to find a fix. I'm sure it's probably something I have overlooked in my settings somewhere.

Anyway, Can you tell me what I need to do to have the avatars from my vb to show in photopost. Here is a link to two of us who have one in vb which aren't showing.

Also, smileys don't seem to show either.

Thanks.

Hi Chuck,

I'm using Photopost 6.2 and am using vb 3.7.4. Can you see avatars? I logged out and still am not seeing them. Also, the smiley's like as in the example the :gy: should be one.

This is why I asked. I do not see any missing images what do you see? I see avatars on my site so we need alot more info here.

You can email us the admin login explicit links etc to help diagnose your issue.

As far as smilies that may be something as simple as your using a custom smilie that needs to have its path a full url or something. Knowing what the actual html source of the page would help.

You're right the smileys are custom. Where would I edit the path for those?

Oh and I was wrong I guess I have 6.1 and haven't gotten the 6.2 yet.

I'll send you the login info.

Thanks Chuck.

ETA: Sent through the support link.
