In member galleries, some users have no avatars

hi hello!
I have a problem with gallery. In member galleries, some users have no photos (avatars) above their name and i don't know why, so users can't visit galleries. How to fix it? this is the link to my problem:

Do you allow users to use the adult content filter?

I can't find "adult content filter". Do you meen "Admin Options/Use mature content filter?" I have "NO" in this option.

Try making sure you are running the current Photopost and run this query in phpmyadmin for your database

UPDATE pp_photos SET ismature=0
